Children ages newborn to six years are received through infant baptism. Those seven years and older are received through the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA).

Steps to Infant Baptism at Blessed Sacrament

# 1  Complete and return these forms to Blessed Sacrament Parish Office with a copy of the child's birth certificate.

# 2  Complete the "REBORN" series on  www.FORMED.org
 Click "sign up as a parishioner" using, "Blessed Sacrament Church 1912 Eudora St Denver CO".   
Under "Programs" select "The Sacraments" from the pull down menu and choose REBORN. View all videos, complete all questions in the REBORN Study Guide in writing and bring them to our meeting.  


# 3  Schedule a Baptism Prep meeting with Bonnie
The parents and godparents of the child to be baptized meet with Bonnie to discuss the REBORN series, baptism, logisitics and ask questions. 

# 4  Schedule 
When all of the above is completed, you will be able to schedule the date for the baptism.  They usually take place on Sundays at 9:10 am.
