About this ministry: Catholics 10 years old and older can acquire about becoming an altar server. Altar servers assist the Priest at weekend and Holy Day Liturgies.

To whom is this ministry open? Anyone who has received First Communion and is in 4th grade or older may be an altar server. Teens and adults may serve as well.

What expertise is needed? Reverence before the Eucharist and a love of liturgy.

What kind of commitment is required? Altar servers are scheduled about once a month and need to arrive 15 minutes before Mass begins.
