About: Our religious education program offers weekly sessions on Sundays or Wednesdays to children from 4 years old through 6th grade. Classes meet September through April. Registration will open each year on August 15th online at www.blessedsacrament.net. Our goal is to assist families in creating a household of faith through a teaching method called Catechesis of The Good Shepherd (www.cgsusa.org). 

Volunteer: Volunteer Catechists should be trained in the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd. Training is offered each June. Classroom assistants are trained to support Catechist. Volunteers are required to complete Safe Environment Training and have background checks. Youth that have completed their Confirmation are also welcome to assist.
