About this ministry: Every year we celebrate our Parish Feast Day, Corpus Christi, with a Pig Roast hosted by the Knights of Columbus. The Knights and other volunteers set up and clean up for the outdoor cookout. Menu includes pulled pork, baked beans, potato chips, homemade coleslaw, and a pit contest.

What training is necessary?  None

To whom is this ministry open?  Teens and adults are invited to participate in set up, clean up, serving, and decorating.

What kind of a commitment is required? Come with a desire to serve others and to enjoy an outdoor gathering for a few hours one Saturday evening.
